#### Unable to make trip due to COVID19

Due to the COVID19 I was not able to make the trip. I talked with Rebecca, the owner and she was very kind and gracious to offer a credit to be used later this year. She was very understanding and it was refreshing to grant this in light of the unprecedented event everyone is experiencing now. I look forward to visiting Cabo and the house this summer very much!

#### Awful and corrupt experience!

Our family booked 5 nights at this home in Feb pre-COVID for a stay in late March for Spring Break. We tried to cancel in mid-March when travel to Mexico became restricted. The owner would not let us cancel or rebook different dates. They did not refund our money or even the cleaning fee! In a lifetime of traveling, we have never had a worse experience dealing with a homeowner. Beware!
