This beautiful condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6 guests, a King bed in the master, a Queen and a Twin in the second bedroom and a roll away bed. There are 2 full bathrooms with hair dryers. The kitchen is equipped to satisfy all your cooking needs. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms ensures you comfort throughout the condo during the warm summer nights. Dine inside or BBQ on the spacious Patio while watching the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or maybe you would like eat poolside at Marina Sol's 'Tres Amigas' Restaurant and Bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. For relaxation, you can watch TV on the large 60" Flat Screen TV, with free Netflix. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling. In the Lobby of the building, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. You are only steps away from one of the largest heated Pools in Cabo, you can swim in it all year round, or just soak in the Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s. Or if you prefer the beach, you are only minutes away from the famous Medano beach with its golden sands, amazing Restaurants and many water sports. Marina Sol is a five-minute walk to the town and Marina.
