Spend your vacation at “Puerta Cabos Village” which is a gated private residential complex, with 24/7 private security. This luxurious condo, which sleeps 6 is on the fourth floor, elevator stops right outside the front door. The master bedroom has a King bed with a cushion mattress and a Twin bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed also with a cushion mattress and a single futon. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub as well as a walk-in shower, vanity sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, vanity sink and toilet. The beautiful granite topped kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Eat at the dining table or Bar-B-Que on the wrap around patio, which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pools plus a bonus view of Medano beach and the Sea of Cortez. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms will keep you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a 65” Flat Screen Smart TV in the living room that has 100's of channels to choose from, such as all the US networks, lots of Sports channels and a large variety of childrens programming. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world the condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service giving you (300 Mbps) ideal if you have to work with your computer while you are on vacation, plus phone service with free Local & International calling. For your laundry needs the condo is equipped with a washer & dryer. You are only minutes away from the famous Medano beach, with its golden sands, amazing restaurants and many water sports and activities. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. A ten-minute walk and you are in the center of town where you can shop till you drop, or you may want to party at one of the many famous clubs, such as "Cabo Wabo" "The Giggling Marlin" and of course "Squid Row". Walk around the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. If Golf is your sport of choice, then you must visit Cabo San Lucas Country Club. Situated just a 5-minute drive from Marina Sol, golfers will surely enjoy the Dye designed 18-hole course located on the grounds, as it is set amid endless cacti and blooming Bougainvillea bushes and is the area's only course offering views of the famed landmark, the Arch at Land's End. For your convenience there are folding deck chairs, umbrella and a cooler for your use at the beach.
