This residence sits on the 4th floor and thus has amazing sweeping views of Medano Beach and Land’s End. It’s very well appointed: high end while comfy furniture, both inside and on the patio; super comfy beds; power showers; fully equipped kitchen; spacious and so quiet; conveniently located in building #4… which means very close to the main building/pool/beach/and spa/gym; nice A/V options inside including Sonos.Further on location, you’re a few mins down to the beach, and an easy 5-10 min walk to several lovely restaurants (including Edith’s, The Office, Sur Beach Club, The Italian Job, and Las Sirenas). We traveled with another couple and enjoyed playing pickle ball in the mornings and then coming back to preparing breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen and eating out on the deck overlooking the water. It was nice to have daily housekeeping too. The resort amenities were awesome and loved the spa close by plus being able to walk to the Marina and other restaurants. Allison being owner/manager was very easy to communicate with through email or text. We would definitely like to schedule a return stay next year if possible. ##### Debbie C. The condo is exceptional, comfortable, well appointed and well thought out. The views are the best you can hope for and the attention to detail in the luxury condo is amazing! Calling a golf cart for transportation couldn’t be easier, although the condo is located very close to the main clubhouse where you find the pools and restaurant.
