Whether you\`re interested in exploring the marina itself, hopping on a boat tour, indulging in delicious seafood at waterfront restaurants, or simply soaking up the sun on nearby beaches, staying here puts you in the center of it all. Plaza Bonita 104 has been completely gutted and remodeled. Everything is brand new. There are 2 bedrooms with one on each side of the main living area. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The main living area has a living room, dining area for 6 and full kitchen. Off the kitchen is the Laundry room with full size washer/dryer. It\`s a beautiful space in the heart of the Cabo Marina. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of Plaza Bonita. You must take stairs from main level. Security 24/7. Our host will meet you upon arrival and go over any details concerning the condo and your stay. The Cabo Marina is a popular destination in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, known for its picturesque harbor, lively atmosphere, and array of amenities. It\`s a hub for boating and fishing enthusiasts, offering easy access to charters, yacht rentals, and various water activities. First time staying here and it was fantastic. Location is great as it’s right in the marina. The location in the marina is great because it’s closer to a lot of the bars and night time activities additionally getting to your dock for fishing is very easy too. Our host Salvador was great, he was available if we ever needed him. We were met by Salvador who helped with our bags and acquainted us with the condo. The Plaza Bonita is an excellent location with beautiful view of the Marina. The area has such good restaurants and shops. Easy to access excursions out of the Marina. The nightly street noise is mostly manageable. We had one awful night where a band played until 3:30am and was extremely loud. The bar was located in Plaza Bonita and directly behind our unit. I got a hold of Laura the next day and she was very responsive to my complaint. The other nights the noise was either not an issue or was over by 11pm. The beds and furniture were quality pieces and comfortable. I would give this condo 5 stars stars if it wasn’t for the one night/early morning of noise. ##### Gaila C.
