The only thing that was missing was a fridge in the room, other than that, everything is in walking distance. Restaurants at every corner, OXXO (Mexican 7-11) is two blocks down. The marina is a 7 minute walk. This hotel is located near the center of all attractions. Cheap, nice and convenient . It's far enough away not to be noisy, and there are a number of places to eat nearby. The complimentary rooftop breakfast is a nice amenity. The property will be nice qhen the construction ia done. The staff was good. The elevator wasnt operational yet. There was drywall and other dust everywhere on the property. The swimming pool looked bigger in the pictures. I was woken up almost every morning to construction noise. There was a couple of days they didnt have bottled water in my room. But like i said it will be a nice place when it is finished. You can sign in to one of your apps like Netflix etc but … the internet signal is very poor . Miguel , was a great host . It was a great location in a new hotel. We stayed for a week. We had a nice big window with view of city. Service was pretty good but often we had to request it such as taking garbage out, leaving more supplies. Staff were accommodating but I think maybe a bit too busy. I found the bed to be comfortable but the pillows were very high and hard. There was no light over the vanity so a bit hard to see. The rooftop patio was very nice with a view and pool. The breakfast could be improved by serving a variety from day to day versus always the same. Having fresh fruit instead of frozen would be welcome, butter for toast and a better warming system for the eggs etc as they weren’t hot. The cutlery and plates sometimes didn’t look very clean. Despite these things than can be improved the price was excellent for a stay near the centre. My experience would have been a lot better if the hotel wasn’t under construction. In addition to the loud construction noise in the early morning, WiFi & coffee machine doesn’t work, bed is very hard & uncomfortable, no hangers for clothes, I stood in the shower for about 15-20 minutes waiting for the hot water, construction dust floating everywhere - just all bad. Also, I was notified by the hotel one week before my stay that the hotel was undergoing construction which is very unfair because that did not give me enough time to find another hotel so I agreed to stay & ended up checking out the next morning due to my unpleasant experiences. Management knew this property was under construction from the time I booked (early December) but decided to notify me one week before my stay - very unethical. I do not recommend while the property is undergoing construction.
