Our beautiful two-story vacation home with 3,412 sq ft of living space inside the exclusive gated community of La Vista Residences. There are three furnished terraces for outdoor relaxation: one off the main room, one with a pool and covered dining, and the is a stunning oceanview rooftop terrace lounge with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, sofas, bar seating and spectacular views of Sea Cortez and El Arco! As you enter, you’ll be greeted by the luminous open-plan layout. The spacious living room area has plenty of comfy seating and a SmartTV for downtime moments at home. One of the sofas opens to a single pullout bed. There is a round conversation-style dining table with 6 cushioned chairs for peaceful meals at home. There’s a large and fully equipped kitchen with a center island, quality appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Plus, there are extras like a coffee maker and coffee, blender, toaster, and dishwasher for easy clean-ups! When it’s time to rest, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms designed to ensure a good night’s sleep: ⦁ Bedroom 1 – Plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the pool area. ⦁ Bedroom 2 – Two queen beds with direct access to the pool area. ⦁ Bedroom 3 – One double/full bed. You’ll have WiFi for working or streaming TV, parking on-site, and access to community amenities like a seaview pool and palapa dining area. The location is close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the community amenities on-site. Someone will meet you to check you in. Please advise us of your approximate arrival time. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available seven days a week! Should you need anything, just send us a message! You’ll be in the exclusive gated community of La Vista Residences, close enough to downtown Cabo San Lucas to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing. You’ll be about a 7-minute drive from downtown and its stunning beaches, dining and shopping options, restaurants, nightlife and more. For groceries, just a 3-minute drive from Costco and 5 minutes from Walmart. Our property is conveniently located just 9.7 km (6 miles) from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), ensuring a quick and hassle-free arrival and departure. Once you land, you’ll be just a short drive away from starting your vacation. To make the most of your stay and explore everything Los Cabos has to offer, we highly recommend renting a car. With a vehicle, you’ll have the freedom to discover nearby beaches, local restaurants, golf courses, shopping areas, and other attractions at your own pace. For your convenience, the property offers outdoor parking right on-site. If you prefer not to drive, there are still plenty of options to get around. Uber service operates in the area, providing an easy and reliable way to move between beaches, restaurants, and points of interest. It was clean and comfortable with new linens and towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The balcony was very large with the most beautiful views over Cabo throughout the day and evening. The grounds of the community were coming to life with flowers and plants. There are hiking trails just outside the gated community that are great and safe for walks. The pool is large and refreshing-we often felt it was our own private pool. We did not rent a car but chose to use Uber which was very convenient and reliable. The condo is not walkable to shops or restaurants which suited us. We would return to this condo. ##### Brenda D. Lots of bugs in the condo everyday. Upon arrival the master comforter was visibly dirty and stunk of vinegar. I didn’t plan to start our vacation with doing laundry. There were also barely any towels provided for just the 4 of us, if there were actually 6 people we wouldn’t have had enough. We had to wash our towels several times in the 5 days we were there. Access to 3 swimming pools and a gym in the next building. The manager responded twice when we asked for things lacking in the kitchen. We are 3 friends who travel together looking for a place to retire. This 3 bedroom condo was perfectly located just out of town, but so close you could be there in 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. We each had a room to ourselves, which was great. But there are 5 beds in total so great for families too. The kitchen was great and well appointed. We love to cook and made great use of the kitchen. The view is amazing! You can see the harbor and marina to where Lover's Beach is. We took many of our meals on the very large balcony. Coffee every morning and nightcaps every night. Perfect! The pools are very nice. We were directly over one of the pools. And the gym is pretty nice too. Great walking paths all around too. Cristina was absolutely great giving us tips on the area. Answering questions in a very timely manner. And so very kind. We would 100% rent from her again. Thank you Cristina for a wonderful location and a perfect vacation location.
