L'endroit est très confortable et offre des vues incroyables sur l'océan. La terrasse est vaste, avec une fantastique salle à manger et un barbecue. Mes invités ont accès à toutes les commodités, y compris les piscines, la salle d'événements, la salle de sport, la terrasse avec barbecues, les jardins pour les enfants et le court de tennis. Je suis disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions que mes invités pourraient avoir. La zone est excellente, proche de magasins comme Walmart et Costco, des clubs de plage et des restaurants avec des vues spectaculaires. C'est une ville incroyable et un appartement parfait pour une expérience inoubliable. Conseils de Transport : Depuis l'aéroport, je recommande de prendre un taxi jusqu'à l'appartement (en raison des politiques gouvernementales, Uber n'est pas autorisé à prendre des personnes à l'aéroport). It took almost 2 hours to gain access. Property was advertised as new but shows much wear beyond it's 3 year age. Couch was dirty, unit was not prepared with sufficient basics such as paper towels, trash bags, etc. I had to track down a grounds keeper to get a trash bag. Dishwasher did not get dishes clean and refrigerator was broken and had to be repaired. Lost 2 days vacation because of repair and waiting for supplies to be delivered. Photos do not show that Costco is very visible. Much construction and very noisy. Limited chairs and umbrellas at pool. No contact person at the property which is a big minus. After you book you are on your own. VRBO staff tried to help but local hosts did NOT respond to calls or emails. It basically ruined our vacation. VRBO as a rental organization was not willing to do anything more than try to contact the host. They basically tossed the problem over the fence to unresponsive hosts and washed their hands of trying to offer any type of compensation or ban the host for false advertising and not being responsive to us, the client, or VRBO itself. VRBO knows how to take your money but not help if there is a problem. ##### Stanley L. The view was strikingly beautiful if you kept your eyes focused on the ocean. There is a very busy Costco directly below that stole a little bit from the view but it was still a very nice view. Once we connected to the host via Whatsapp, we had a much easier time getting a hold of him. The air conditioner in the Master Bedroom didn't work. I reported the problem with the host but received no response on that particular complaint but he was responsive on everything else. We fortunately picked a week that was colder than normal so it didn't end up being an issue with us. It's a good property overall. We felt very safe there with it being a gated property. I would stay there again if I ever return to Cabo San Lucas. ##### Ken W. Easy and safe parking. The neighborhood is busy with construction and you’re looking at a beautiful view but also a Costco parking lot. Overall it was great for our needs.
