This new, modern condo features amazing view of the iconic Cabo Arch. The location, a short drive to Downtown Cabo and only a half mile from the beach. You can walk to 3 gyms, restaurants, coffee shops, spa, and Costco. The view is really stunning. The pools are amazing, with a beautiful clubhouse and gym. Everything in the condo is new, including Premium bedding. Enjoy service from your Superhost, and the best concierges in Cabo. Private chefs, boating, camel riding, ATVs, and anything else. The space A clean, modern space, in a new building. The place is large and spacious, in great condition, having recently been built and furnished. It consists of: 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Living and dining room Kitchen Terrace Covered parking Laundry (Washer and Dryer) closet Interior: 137.38 m2 Terrace: 14.63 m2 Covered garage: 15 m2 Total: 167.01 m2 Guest access Full use of the 3 bedroom condo, plus access to the pool, gym, and outdoor recreational areas of Vila Vista 2. The Ocean view from the condo is gorgeous. The Pool is huge and new, with an amazing view. There is a Snack bar Clubhouse The resort has a very Secure entrance, so you never have to worry about safety or security. There are Green areas to relax and play. We have an amazing team of concierges in Cabo, who will contact you before your trip, and arrange with you to check you in the home, and make sure everything is on point and the house is properly set up for you. The concierges are super helpful. They can book transportation from the airport and around town, they can help you rent a boat, go to a spa, book private chefs, camel rides, ATVs, and anything you can think of! Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay with us. Other things to note Breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. Located conveniently close to downtown Cabo, near the beach, right off the highway near Costco. It's about 30 minutes from the airport, straight on the highway going toward downtown Cabo San Lucas. The condo is located in a very beautiful and safe resort, called Vistavela. It is located in one of Los Cabos’ best residential zones, just half a mile from the beach, 5 minutes from Cabo San Lucas and 30 minutes from the airport. The iconic Los Cabos Arch is one of the area’s largest attractions. The Sea of Cortez, called the ‘World’s Aquarium’, houses over 900 species of fish, more than 170 species of sea birds and almost a third of the world’s species of marine mammals. Costco is in front of the resort- a 5 min walk. Behind the resort, within a 5 minute walk, there is a plaza with a gym, coffee shop, stores and delicious food at Mezcla (lomo Saltado). The plaza it's in has a small pharmacy with basic supplies and medicines and Covid testing, ice cream as well. Beds are super comfy, you will sleep like a rock. For cooking we have oil , pans , cooking utensils, dish soap and paper towels. Walmarts is a 5min drive if Costco is not enough.
