We were able to take advantage of all of this beautiful resort's amenities - pool, towels, beach, on-site market/coffee/deli, beverages by the pool and beach, restaurant food and well equipped fitness center. All of the resort staff were extremely nice and helpful - we even received housekeeping services every other day during our stay! Villa La Estancia is a quiet resort, perfect for adults wanting to relax, yet allows access to restaurants at the sister resorts next door. The location is perfect - we walked to/from the marina area every day and felt extremely safe. Onelly, the property manager was also VERY helpful and responsive! My husband and I both noticed that it looks as good now as it did then, if not better. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. The property manager, Onelly, communicated well and even stopped for a minute to make sure everything was perfect. She was great at making sure we had what we needed and let us know she was staying close to let her know anytime if we had a question. Villa La Estancia is very nice, it is perfect for couples, groups or families. We've stayed in 2 and 3 bedroom units and have always had plenty of space and the amenities we needed. We stayed on 7th floor with my brother and his wife. Very spacious for 4 of us. Large living area on one side, with a separate master bed/bath. Other side had 2 Queens and bath, fridge, microwave. Both bedrooms and LR had patio access, which was nice. We didn't spend much time on patio as it wasn't sunny much facing west. But sunrises off the outside hallway were good and fantastic on beach. The coconut shrimp is awesome and Goddess margarita was best. Market and ice cream, coffee across street. Really nice, warm pool with swim up bar. The best experience, though was the extra attention we received from Onelly, the manager. I left a sweater and she located it and even delivered it to me at our next Villa by marina. She was super!! She arrived shortly after we checked in just to see if we needed anything... we didn't because she had thought of everything! The 2 bedroom, 3 bath villa was perfect for our family, with our adult son having his own space in the second bedroom. The pictures don't do justice to the villa or the resort. The view from the terrace is stunning and the beach is amazing! A previous reviewer had commented that she didn't recommend the resort, but didn't give any details. That concerned me somewhat, so I looked up the resort on another website to see what other travelers were saying. It was hard to find a negative comment, other than the salesmen on the beach. True ... there are people on the beach selling everything from t-shirts to jewelry ... but, when I politely said "no gracias", they left me alone. I didn't feel bothered. I loved everything about the villa and the resort. As guests at La Estancia, we had access to the two sister resorts (one on each side of La Estancia), so that provided access to an amazing variety of restaurant choices, and having a market on the property was so convenient. We didn't rent a car, but it is super easy (and inexpensive) to grab a taxi into downtown Cabo to explore, shop, and eat. I also have to mention the incredible staff at La Estancia! Our stay at Villa La Estancia was fabulous. The hostess Onelly communicated with us well, arranged our transportation to and from the airport and even helped with our grocery stop at Walmart. The condo was gorgeous, fantastic view and amenities at this resort. We enjoyed the gym, sauna, pool, private beach, pickleball and restaurants. The swim up bar was a treat. We walked to the marina and downtown for some excursions (snorkeling, boat ride, dancing at Cabo Wabo, restaurants and shopping). We took a water taxi back to our resort.
