Located at Misiones del Cabo, the beach resort is an architectural masterpiece, offering exceptional location, dramatic views, safe swimming on two beaches and a wide range of guest services. From the moment you arrive you'll feel the difference as you enjoy spectacular sunrises from your oversized private balcony, and incredible views all day for as far as the eyes can see (bring your binoculars). The living room and bedroom both offer ocean views with sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, and the living room includes a color TV with most of your favorite channels on satellite TV. (Dish Network). The kitchen includes all the amenities for preparing your favorite meals and the oversize balcony includes a gas grill and patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. This unit even has a washer and dryer and wall safe for your convenience! The resort features a guarded, gated entrance, large swimming pool with a swim-up Palapa bar, and laundry service. The concierge can arrange most activities, and can set up tee times at one of six championship golf courses. World famous Sunset Mona Lisa Restaurant located on the property with views so spectacular, you'll come back night after night, or maybe not, since the same great views are available from your private balcony. This beautiful 3rd floor, non-smoking unit features over 1400 square feet of living space, including the 200 square feet balcony with ocean view. There are 2 master bedrooms, 1 features a california king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen & double bed. Both the bedrooms have full private bath's with walk in marble showers, and the living room offers comfortable furniture with a sofa that converts to a bed. And yes, you can hear the sound of the ocean as you sleep at night from both bedrooms. Wireless broadband DSL is available at Misiones, so bring your laptop. Both beaches are a two minute walk from the condo with good snorkeling , and you'll never encounter annoying beach vendors here like you will on the public beaches in Cabo. Scuba diving is available in town along with parasailing, jet skis, ATV's, horseback riding on the beach, sunset cruises, shopping, dining and more. The Costco, and Walmart are located about a mile away, and with the addition of grocery store across the street. With City Club and CCC's Mega Supermarkets in Cabo, you'll be able to purchase almost any grocery item you could imagine. This is a very special condo that offers plenty of room for a family of six or plenty of privacy for two couples. Our balcony is on the ocean side so it is very private and quiet. Yes, Misiones is a very relaxing resort. If you like to party hard, do tequila shots by the pool and play loud music, Misiones is not for you. This is absolutely the best location, convenient to shopping, downtown Cabo and the marina. There are few swimmable beaches in Cabo and Misiones sits on one of them. The views of the Arch, the ocean and sunsets are perfection. There are two small tiki hut type bar/restaurants right on the property that serve great food and drinks at a very un-Cabolike price point. We loved that we had access to that when we were by the pool or just didn’t want to go out. Shawnee, the concierge for the property, is lovely and could not be more helpful. The only reason I'm not giving this condo 5 stars is it's on the 3rd floor so there are a good number of steps. Palapa pool bar and the wonderful bartenders, who we've met over the years are top notch and take good care of You! The property is so well manicured and just beautiful. Close walk to Cabo Bello Beach, which is our favorite place to play. The photos of Casa Mike condo would be better, honestly we weren't sure why the pic of the room with the king bed was so dark, the room is actually very light with light colored bedding (we kept scrolling past the listing initially because the room wasn't displayed well at all). Our girls beds in the other room were not comfortable at all, they need the toppers like the king bed has. Bath & beach towels need update (just my opinion if I was renting my place out). A deeper cleaning would have been great. Again, you have what You need other than food & drinks, there's umbrellas, chairs, towels & coolers. Very reasonable price in such a beautiful quiet spot! Pics do not do it justice. Very clean and spacious, views to die for! Everything we needed for a great stay and nothing extra to clutter the space. Everything functioned well, no broken or mismatched/pieced together cooking or silverware. Semi- private beach was amazing, with a variety of sea life! And the condo had all the equipment you could want for beach day - chairs, umbrellas, cooler box, towels, beach blankets, and snorkel equipment.
