The condo met our needs and was clean and convenient to several west coast beach areas and towns. But we found it had several deficiencies that the owner/manager should and can easily correct... and we will let them know our thought on this. The building has two units which if rented together for 4-7 adults or a larger family, would make the pool private and the limited outdoor environment unshared. This would enhance use of the facility. Fortunately, while there we had quiet neighbors, or no neighbors, and this gave us the pool and outdoor area to ourselves keeping the situation pleasant.
