#### The perfect house very close to downtown Boquerón, Cabo Rojo nightlife! 

This house was spacious and perfect for a family of 9\. It had all the amenities you could think of including, solar panels and generator, which came very handy during the 2-day blackout, we experienced the last two days of our trip. Maria was always a text or phone call away if you ever needed her. The absolutely fell in love with the property and the huge pool and will be back for sure in the near future!

#### Most beautiful home away from home!

The home was GORGEOUS and so perfectly organized! It had all the extras and plenty of space for a large group. The pool area was like a sanctuary with birds and little creatures and all the beautiful plant life as well. Walking or even bike riding to places is not really an option, but there are countless places to eat and shop within a short drive, less than a half hour. Would stay here again for certain!

#### Amazing Stay in Puerto Rico

The property was fantastic. The kids loved the pool. The house was clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Outdoor area and grill were wonderful. The third floor outdoor space was an amazing spot to watch New years fireworks. The house is close to nice beaches, good restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to any group.

Highly recommend. Great location, great property, and Maria was very responsive, helpful, & understanding. There were 9 of us ranging from age 5 to 70 and everyone was so happy and in awe of the home. We all had more than enough space in various areas of the house. They really have thought of everything. It really felt like home away from home.

The home was an absolute masterpiece. Bravo to the designer. We were one of three groups staying for a funeral. Each staying at a different house/condo. Ours was the best home by far! The home exceeded our expectations. So many different places to explore and enjoy. Comfortable furniture and beds. Beach within minutes. Slight issue with one of the AC units which was quickly fixed. we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Maria for always being quickly reachable.

#### 50s bday celebration 

It was amazing. The space is very open and perfectly described In here. Just 5 min away from one of the most beautiful beaches playa Buye. We had the perfect family vacation and birthday celebration. The host Maria was very helpful on recommending creating, photography, rentals etc.

This is an AMAZING property with almost every amenity you can imagine. The home, property and grounds were all immaculate. #### Traveling to Cabo Rojo? This is definitely the place to stay! It's AMAZING!

We had a great stay and everything was awesome. When we didn't arrive at our designated time (due to flight issues), Maria was calling to make sure we were ok. It rained the 1st day and the kids found games in the game room which was a plus bc we were able to enjoy family time. No matter when we called, Maria was right there or responding immediately to assist. She stayed in contact throughout our stay. We will definitely stay there again!

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything you would need was available even shampoo, conditioner and soap in all bathrooms. The backyard and what we tagged the bird nest (roof deck) were amazing. The house and outdoors were so nice that everyone preferred staying at the house than going to the beach 😊.I traveled with my family of 5 (3 teens), my parents and my sister and her son. There was plenty of space for all of us. Maria the host got back to us immediately with every situation or question we had. We even experienced a black out and thank goodness the house has a generator. Highly recommend this home.

#### A tropical oasis for sure!

Everything was awesome! This will be our Boqueron go-to when we stay down there for sure. Maria is responsive and kind! We found the house to be quiet, serene, just beautiful! Great WiFi (which is important to us for working), the pool temp was perfect (no need to heated), the kitchen had ALL essentials and more, and the grounds are just enchanting, with tons of wild life around. Close enough to town for us when we want to dine, drink or go to the store. Can’t wait to come back!
