Web need to be updatedVery dificult communication with the host, very impersonal and inflexible. Found toilets, and bathrooms floor dirty.Host provided wrong lot, house number. Streets are not identified, miss labels. The stove and oven very dirty, full of grease, needs replacement. Found a cockroach under the coffee maker. Garage door need oil, it sounds awful. Floors are missing traction. Patio ramp and entrance stair need handrails. Unable to use Hot Tub because host wants to charge additional dollar amount for cleaning. Be aware that VRBO charge 16% of service charge. The real accommodation of this property is 5 people. More than 5 people will be uncomfortable. There 3 literal beds, but the first one is very small. Also, there is bed sofa in the first level, but if open, blocks the entrance of main door and reduce greatly the space of the small living room.
