Checking in was such a hassle. I booked through hotels.com and when I got to the front desk, they said they couldn't find my reservation so I had to wait nearly an hour for them to figure out what was going on. I spoke with the supervisor and she didn't apologize at all, she just kept blaming it on the fact that I booked with a third party. I found that very unprofessional for the hotel management. The couple next to me checking in had the same problem with their reservation as well. After checking in however, everything went very well. My room was clean, the buffet was great, ordering room service was fast and easy, the staff in the gift shop were very pleasant, and checking out was very simple. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I didn't let the problem from checking in ruin my weekend.
