Stone farmhouse from the end of the s. XIX has just been fully restored, very easy access and very well connected.
Located on a farm of more than 150 hectares, between Besalú, Banyoles and Figueres, 35 km from the Costa Brava, with fantastic views over the fields of l'Empordà.
The 5 km walking tour of the estate is recommended, visiting the centennial laundries.
6 double rooms with private bathroom and 1 room with bunk beds. Ideal for families with children!
The 7 rooms are distributed as follows:
- 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed and bathroom inside
- 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed + 2 single beds and bathroom
within
- 1 room with 2 bunk beds and bathroom
It also has 1 bathroom adapted for the disabled.
1 diaphanous room of 90 m² on the top floor (to be rented separately)

Casi perfecta
El trato con el personal de recibida, perfecto, rápido por si algo no funcionava correctamente, muy amable, no la usamos pero la habitación con 4 literas no tiene ventilación asistida y hubiera sido asfixiante, algún ventilador en los dos salones de estar y comedor también hubiera estado bien, encontramos a faltar un acceso a la piscina para personas con movilidad reducida y una ducha exterior, en el exterior también, una lástima que el estanque artificial estuviera sucio y sin un sistema de circuito cerrado del agua, además estava lleno de ranas, por la noche es molesto el ruido que emiten, supongo que puntualmente esta vez, en la casa de enfrente de la carretera había una fiesta que duró más de 24, aunque de lejos, pero se oía la música. Por lo demás la casa y los servicios, todo espectacular, para repetir otra vez.
