We had the top floor, bottom floor was empty. Outside very dreary almost didn't go in. Stuff everywhere outside, old vehicles, general garage, etc. Once we went in, the inside was beautiful. Everything was the way it stated in the ad. The major problem was the field mice running all over the house. We bought traps and managed to catch a few. Water system was noisy. Only 1 window air conditioner that was in a bedroom. Weeds overgrown. If the outside was cleaned up, water system fixed so it was not loud every time water was used and especially the mice problem solved, it would have been a nice place to stay. Another problem was the inability to lock the door when we left the house. Lock not functioning. ##### Cathy H. We’ve rented from Chris a few times and every stay has been nothing less than awesome. The properties are always clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you may need. We were not disappointed - got more riding in than we did all season! Easy trail access and trailer parking.
