The positives:
Location, close to the major sights.
Some staff members especially at reception were friendly and helpful.
The negatives;
1. Housekeeping, inconsistent, poor quality, almost nonexistent. Terrible experience.
2. Room cooling, erratic, you need to ask reception to adjust the temperature. Their advice of opening the windows is not good due to loud street noises even late at night, and the cigarette smoke from the street wafting upwards.
3. Continental breakfast, okay in general but no variety. Sometimes they will put cereal out, most days not.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. Especially caring staff and clean room. The breakfast was so nice. The location is very easy to approach all historic places. I definitely recommend the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.

The property is well located close to main touristic sites, but very hard to reach if you walk with luggage. The breakfast was not good. I got my room changed and that was very helpful. But won’t stay again .
