Perfectly renovated, the allure of Calma on Carlyle Lane is a welcoming adults only retreat nestled in Byron Bay's heart. This sun-drenched haven blends contemporary comfort with the authentic character of a classic Byron residence.  
  
Positioned on a peaceful lane, Calma on Carlyle Lane is just a short stroll from Byron's Main Street, Clarkes Beach, Cape Byron Lighthouse, and Tallow Beach. The popular local café, The Top Shop, is literally around the corner offering delicious coffee and meals. The brief walk to Clarkes Beach includes a charming pathway through a beautiful reserve section.  
  
The cottage boasts 3 generous bedrooms, including a master suite with built-in wardrobe, ensuite, and air conditioning. Accommodating up to 6 guests, you'll enjoy a king bed in master bedroom, with 2 queens in each of the other 2 bedrooms. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.  
  
Separate from the sleeping quarters, relax in the air-conditioned living area where you can unwind with drinks among friends or enjoy a film on the large comfortable lounge suite. The spacious lounge room can be closed off from the main living area, allowing for multiple activities simultaneously.  
  
The expansive kitchen and dining space embraces the outdoors with walls of windows overlooking lush tropical gardens and entertainment areas. The immaculately finished kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine (starter pack of pods provided). Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, the covered deck creates a perfect setting for alfresco dining and entertaining, overlooking the inviting heated swimming pool.
