Aircon in the bedrooms was fantastic and the layout and look/cleanliness of the property was enjoyable.The only 2 things that stood out otherwise was that the heater in the lounge was not adequate to heat the lounge/kitchen fully on cold nights, even when left on for a couple of hours. Additionally, while the queen bed was comfy/excellent, the single bed mattress was not good. Way too thick, far too soft and foamy and made it difficult to sleep without having the normal mattress springs. Otherwise, fantastic overall. ##### Michael G. Location is not adequately described. It looks small but inside was spacious! Good place to stay for work trips and holidays. It’s also away from the busy hustle and bustle of Byron CBD but it’s only a 5 mins drive to get there as well.
