The villa is situated in the quiet not-crowdy town of Byala.
It is a part of a compound of 18 private villas with a common pool for adults with a hydro massage in the central area, also a smaller pool for children.
The villa has 3 floors- on the first there is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, combined bathroom, a terrace and a private garden with loan in front.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet, shower cabin.
On the third floor there is a bedroom with one single bed and a working area (a desk), a combined bathroom, a big terrace with beautiful view over the compound, the sea and the surroundings.
The beach is 5-10 min. away (550 m.)
