Amazing views and awesome staff. Only food is the restaurant but it’s really good!

Amazingly decorated. Excellent breakfast, staff, and room comfortable bed and room. The only amenity missing was body lotion. I got food poisoning from My salad at the pizza restaurant across the street, Villana. Even before the food poisoning, it was a horrid restaurant experience with inedible food and a very unpleasant woman manager snapping at customers and the wait staff. The staff at the Charmante were sympathetic and helpful It is centrally located and a delightful place to stay

An outstanding, comfortable hotel in the center of the Btyggen Harbour area with the most genuine friendly welcoming staff that I’ve experienced. Our kingbed room was larger than expected and nicely appointed. It’s incredibly quiet, even though the the hotel was completely booked. The only thing is in the room is a place for storage of any clothing besides a few hangers. breakfast was excellent with a very good selection you to choose from.. There was a strike on in the hospitality industry when we arrived. Most hotels had closed Boston Marathon was on and the Bergen was packed. With very reduced that Paul did an amazing job accommodating and keeping people comfortable as possible.. I wouldn’t consider another hotel in Bergen again and we’ll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel in a central position within easy reach of restaurants, shops and the historic port. Great range of food at breakfast and very polite, helpful staff. Plus the room was immaculately clean.

Excellent, central location. Super comfortable bed in a spacious room. Breakfast fresh, plentiful with lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpful.
