The Perrywinkle Cottage, located in the charming village of Monument Beach, MA. This one bedroom cottage is very clean, comfortable and located in neighborhood of lovely homes. It is located in walking distance of two beaches, town park (tennis and basketball courts), bakery, pizza, ice cream shop, post office and convenience store. A wide array of restaurants are within a short drive of the cottage.
The cottage is newly renovated with plenty of amenities: WIFI, cable T.V. 42", coffee maker with pods, microwave, mini split a.c., dishwasher and more.
The bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens. The living room has a pullout full size sofa bed. The property is suited for two adults and child.
Owners live on the property in a separate house.

A Gem!
Perriwinkle Cottage and the hosts were wonderful. The location was ideal for us-good local walks, quiet area, easy drive to other locations on the Cape. Clean and welcoming. Excellent quality linens and towels. A perfect spot.

We had a fabulous stay with Charley and Karen. Very close to the beach and small downtown, but hidden in the owners backyard fostered my daughter’s love of fort building and fairy houses.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway
We were impressed with the property, it was perfectly equipped and nicely located for our vacation plans. Charlie and Karen thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and the listing was spot on. I do not think anything could have improved upon the stay.

Most welcoming vrbo we ever stayed in
The hosts, Charlie and Karen were so welcoming. All info for check in was clearly communicated. We arrived to a cottage that had a warm welcome with a book of directions, resturants a bottle of wine and snacks. Small details in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom made us feel like special guests. There was a small glitch with the wifi and Charlie was immediately responsive. These host have set the bar hi for all future stays.

Cozy Getaway
The cottage is very nice, with modern features and classic furniture. The landlord was very helpful. We found the WiFi slow and cell phone service weak and could not stream video, but enjoyed biking in the area, including the canal and the shoreline bike path - a great ride from Woods Hole to North Falmouth and back.

Excellent Pick!
This property is private, immaculate, great parking, good location. The interior is completely upgraded with high end appliances and so clean and comfortable. Great hosts who live next door and came over in 2 minutes when we needed help with the cable! I highly recommend this as a couples getaway or parents and 2 kids.
