Property located in the district of Braga which is 2.5 km from the center of Cabo Frio. It has supermarket, bakery, school, gym, entertainment, hospital, health post, forum, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants, college all within a radius of 1 km. There are also three beautiful beaches very close (Praia do Forte less than 1 km, a few meters from the Rocket Beach and 5 minutes from Praia das Dunas) and easy access to Arraial do Cabo.
