Hotel em Búzios
Hotel agradável porém necessita de alguns ajustes como: substituir os talheres usados no café da manhã, pois estão bem gastos. As roupas de cama e toalha poderiam ser de uma qualidade superior. Em relação a limpeza deveria ser usado algum produto capaz de retirar limo das paredes, principalmente do box. A parte externa do hotel está bem tratada e bem decorada.

COM POTENCIAL PRA MELHORAR
Café da manhã, apesar de ter muita coisa, possui itens de qualidade duvidosa que poderiam ser melhorados, como bolo, pães e croassant ruins. No segundo dia presenciei três funcionários na recepção do hotel falando mal sobre outros hóspedes, achei bastante desagradável presenciar aquilo, acho que se faz necessária uma capacitação geral para maior parte dos funcionários de como tratar e se portar perante os hóspedes. Um funcionário dos serviços gerais e do bar da piscina foram os mais educados e prestativos na estadia. O hotel tem potencial pra ser um dos 10 melhores de Búzios, pois tem estrutura pra isso e vista espetacular, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento aos hóspedes, melhorar o conforto das camas e a qualidade do café da manhã. Se corrigirem esses erros certamente melhorará o conceito nas próximas avaliações.

Adorei a pousada, muito confortável, bonita e extremamente limpa, por ser no alto tem uma vista incrível, o café da manhã é ok, acredito que poderia ser melhor em alguns pontos, pois muitas vezes ao pegar algo já estava frio

Beach trip to Buzios
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and wide selection of breads. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Especially Igo who helped us with our transportation. We did not want to leave. Also, the views from the hotel were spectacular. The only suggestion I have is that the wifi could be stronger inside the room.

Enjoyed a 3 day stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only mark down were fruit flies all over the breakfast table, however this is common in brazil

The stay was great but i recomment to buy tickets for any event in the city straight at the location without go thogh the hotel. Otherwise you will buy almost double then you would.

All in all OK with nice quite areas. Breakfast a bit boring. Only one kind of juice. We were there for four nights. Only eggs one morning. First morning no bread basket (and we didn't ask as we did not know it was suppose to be there). Restaurant: McDonalds and Subway probably serve less dry chicken. At check in the front desk said "we have another room, if you like". We thought that was very nice but only to find out later that it was for an extra 50 dollars a night. I felt like they tried to trick me into an upgrade. Of course you have a better room than the standard room!

Excelent hotel
This hotel was perfect in every way, what you should know is that is not walking distance to the center of buzios, but, they do have a van that takes you to the center at morning and evening, it is five minutes by car.

Very nice place, friendly staff. Every time I walked by a staff member, they said hi. Food was great. I especially enjoyed breakfast. The meals were pricey for just a lunch, but held up to the same standards as some of the restaurants in town. Only downside to this was the location. If you didn't want to take the 11:00 or 20:00 shuttle, you had to either walk (up a steep hill if you are going to costa do sol) or take a 18 r cab ride

It is a very nice hotel esp the room we had with the view of the ocean and the beach . The staff was very helpful esp Mahi the receptionist who went out of her way to help us as our credit card got lost in the beach and someone reported to the hotel . I would go back that hotel anytime .

Misleading Marketing
This is not a boutique hotel. It is an over-priced B&B on the decline. The views from 2 of the rooms, which were supposedly Superior Deluxe, were not as advertised; blocked by roof tops or trees within the hotel. The pool was dirty and the breakfast served at 8am onwards was disappointing. Fair value would be £100 / $150. Avoid if priced higher!
