Old house "Di papa", 2 storeys, renovated in 2024\. In the hamlet Črnci 3 km from the centre of Buzet, 19 km from the centre of Motovun, in a quiet, sunny position, 42 km from the sea, 3 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 6 km, pebble beach 42 km, diving center 42 km, thermal baths "Istarske Toplice" 12 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m, fishing possibilities 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
