Step inside and explore the two floors, where the interplay of wood and light furnishings creates a cozy home. Enjoy the view of the greenery through the large windows and come together in the morning in the living room, which connects the living room, dining area and kitchen. Conjure up a delicious breakfast that you can enjoy on the terrace.  
  
  
  
Afterwards, you can watch your children swim in the pool while you sunbathe on the lounger and finally take the time to read a book.  
  
  
  
Explore the small and quiet village of Sovinjak outside of. Central Istria is known for its landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Today, Buzet is widely known as the town of truffles, as the forests along the Mirna River are particularly rich in these divine tubers. The town, with its cultural and historical monuments, along with healthy, home-cooked food, exquisite local wines, folklore and pearls of small towns on sculpted hills attract tourists every year. You can also experience the Ucka Nature Park and the beautiful coastline of the Istrian peninsula on day trips.
