A 2 minute walk to the pavilion garden, beautiful mid-century modern interiors and an amazing log burner you will be set for all seasons! The space is well setup for a lone-ranger, a couple, and could even squeeze in a little one, furry friends also welcome! KEY FEATURES: \* WIFI \* Pets allowed! \* Wood burning stove (see details below to order wood) \* Stylish and cosy spaces LIVING AREAS: A comfortable and cosy lounge with a wood burning stove, sumptuous sofa a breakfast bar to sit out, puzzles, a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer and more. KITCHEN/DINING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in the countryside as well as a clean and modern feel. There is an oven, a fridge/with freezer tray, microwave, toaster and washing machine. BATHROOM: The bathroom benefits from a large rainfall shower and a gorgeous antique basin unit. We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. Any questions or queries, we are always happy to help. We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible and can be contacted via Airbnb or by email & phone. \* EXTRA NIGHT - If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. PARKING: There is parking on the drive for one car round the back of the property PET RESTRICTIONS: Pets are allowed to stay for a standard fee of £25 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets can stay at once. Please note animals are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Rufloreo Stays. RULES: \*This property is not suitable for parties & events unless agreed upon before booking! \*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. \*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. \*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property. \*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping is arranged for a further fee. We require completion of our online booking-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport, and a card pre-authorisation of £250 for potential damage, loss, or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
