We would highly recommend Acorn Cottage. We booked for a post Christmas break to spend quality time with family. It was absolutely perfect for us all and a real home from home. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped within a few minutes’ walk from the village with its variety of high street shops, pubs and restaurants and very friendly local people.Snow was a major weather feature of the week, which only added to the charm and made for some really enjoyable walks or cosy afternoons at the cottage for the less adventurous in our group.Excellent communication and support from owners throughout our stay.
