Room was perfect size. Only thing I would say is fan in room needs to be included in cleaning process - we could not turn it on as it was very dirty/dusty. Also under bed could be cleaned better as well, as there was some trash. Electric grills on the raised deck which looks to the beach. Owners extremely communicative and aswered all questions in a timely manner. WiFi was strong and consistent.
