"Daytime staff were great, hotel generally clean and good, we liked the breakfast in particular. The night shift when we checked in was a bit unhelpful with getting us set up with a crib and we had to improvise a bit."

"I booked two rooms at this hotel and was shocked by the condition of the property. As soon as we opened the room doors, we were hit with a strong odor of marijuana. Both rooms appeared dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt unsafe and unwelcoming. There were people sleeping in vehicles in the back parking lot, and the property gave the impression that it was being used as a long-term residence by individuals who were not hotel guests. My family and I felt extremely uncomfortable and did not feel safe staying there. We were concerned about our safety and the security of our belongings. Because of the condition of the rooms and the environment of the property, we immediately turned around and left. We did not stay overnight and chose to find accommodations elsewhere. This experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others."

"It was an amazing stay, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the outside was amazing, the locals were incredibly friendly, the music room was awesome and I definitely recommend everyone to give this hotel a chance, it was probably my favorite one to stay at and given the beautiful surrounding areas makes it that much better"

"Cleanliness: room was not cleaned. New towels were put up and that was it. There was a ton of hair and dirt in the bathtub and bathroom sink. After only walking in the room for 5 minutes, the bottom of my socks were black, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom, there was hair and dirt in the bed suggesting that new clean sheets were not put on and the bed was just remade after the last guests used it. There were over 20 dead wasps all over the floor and windowsills. Amenities: No hand soap or body wash. Handsoap is a basic…who the heck doesn’t put handsoap in their hotel room?! This was frustrating especially in a room that allows pets and I have twin infants and couldn’t even wash my hands to make their bottles. There was also a tweaker in the dumpster when we went to check out the next morning. Their breakfast tasted gr es t but after seeing the quality of the rooms made me sincerely worry about the proper food safety. Don’t waste your money here, the Best Western down the road seemed like it would have been a MUCH better option."
