Newly built house G 13 with 90 sqm living space, no pets allowed, first occupancy December 2021, WLAN (fibre optic 75), peripheral location with unobstructed view of the landscape conservation area, underfloor heating, mechanical shutters in the 3 bedrooms and 1 x bathroom, complete fly screens, all rooms tiled, 2 bathrooms - 1 x with walk-in shower and 2 x wall-mounted towel radiators, TV in the living room and in one bedroom, washer-dryer, bicycle shed. For 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- Own 446 sqm plot- 3 bedrooms (2 x double beds and 1 x with bunk beds)- 1 spacious living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows- Fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave- 1 storage room / 1 hallway- Covered sun terrace with garden furniture- Outside tap- Carport and 2 additional parking spaces. The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (e.g. passenger/bike ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m2 inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 m2 sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is around 800 m away. The holiday village is idyllically situated away from the traffic and has the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1000 m2 play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.
