This high-quality holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a modern, small apartment building with an elevator.

The west-facing balcony is accessible from the large living and dining area. The spacious living area is furnished with comfortable, stylish furniture, and the sofa can be converted into a bed to provide a fifth sleeping space. A dining table, perfect for enjoying good food and pleasant conversation, is also included, as is the high-quality kitchen, which is fully equipped with a Bora induction cooktop, steam oven, dishwasher, and all other necessary kitchen utensils, leaving nothing to be desired.

With two bedrooms (both with box-spring double beds, 1.80 x 2 m, continuous mattresses) and two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and toilet, the apartment is equally suitable for friends and families.

A private washer/dryer is available free of charge in the en-suite bathroom.

One of the bedrooms has access to a further balcony (north-facing), furnished with a box-spring double bed and a TV, and offers direct access to one of the bathrooms.

An additional wardrobe with ample space for your holiday clothes is located in the spacious hallway.

The entire apartment features exterior blinds and underfloor heating.
