We were not advised of any details relating to demolition and also are not aware of details surrounding new construction. Please direct a question to us prior to booking if you would like further updates. Relax with all the Down South delights at your doorstep. This beautiful beachside home will steal your heart and keep you coming back for more. Situated on a big leafy block, making you feel tucked away in a private oasis, however being only minutes drive from all Down South has to offer. Everyone can relax in comfort with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 3 living areas and heaps of outdoor space to provide options for all occasions. The expansive main living room, dining and kitchen overlook a wonderful grassy backyard & pool that will provide your family with endless enjoyment. A dream kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook, including induction cooktop & a dishwasher in the butlers pantry. The laundry room with washer located off the kitchen as well as a separate toilet. Reverse cycle air conditioning is provided in the main living area. There is also a large wood fire that will be a welcome extra comfort in Winter and also provides heat to the downstairs bedrooms via vents. Ceiling fans are provided in 3 of the downstairs bedrooms. Downstairs is completed by another separate lounge room, 4 queen size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite with toilet, the other is the main family bathroom with separate toilet). Upstairs provides just another level of quality to this gorgeous home. You are greeted by another large living room with bar area including a small fridge. Look outside over the treetops and you can catch glimpses of our turquoise bay. There are two expansive bedroom suites upstairs, both with ocean glimpses through the trees - one a King bedroom with huge walk in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, double vanity & separate toilet. The other has a Queen size bed, walk in robe & ensuite shower and vanity plus a separate toilet. Upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the living area. On the balcony you can sit out for hours feeling nestled amongst the tree-tops. The location is perfect with the beach only a stroll across the road, as well as a quality boat ramp. A few minutes drive away there are shops to get all your necessities. Otherwise the Busselton CBD is only 8 minutes drive away. Ample parking for 4-5 cars is available. Séjour de 4 nuits en avril 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Anne-Marie B., Perth 20 déc. 2024 #### Great Location for Beach Great location, home layout, beach access and pool,I wanted to rate this property much higher based on description and photos.Rooms, linen and bathrooms clean.Our bed wasn’t that comfortable in the upstairs second bedroom.Utensils, Pots and pans (not many) and crockery old, scratched and limited especially serving dishes. Luckily I took my own pans,Microwave was way to small to heat food up for 10 people.Cleanliness of inside walking areas ( in particular skirting boards and sliding door runners dirty)Kitchen cupboards a nightmare to open and close.This home needs some serious upgrading to match the price charged.Communication with company prompt and friendly.Did contact the office re some issues which were noted. ##### Anne-Marie B. The main fridge would not chill our drinks and could not cope, it either needs re-gasing or replacing. One of the kitchen drawers fell apart as soon as we touched it. The rest of the place was great and very functional and overall we enjoyed our stay. If the above were operating we would have rated it 5 star. ##### GEOFFREY W. Plenty of room to relax separately or together. Perfect location. Overall very clean, and everything we needed. The only couple of downsides were that pets had obviously been inside the house as three of us had a terrible allergic reaction to the downstairs sofa, a couple had hives. We thought pets were only an allowed outside as per the listing. No blankets in November so some were cold at night. The minor maintenance issues somehow seemed worse as they would be so easy to fix and make this a real five star stay. ##### Karen B. For the cost per night it was of a somewhat lower standard compared to other venues we have stayed at. There was a lack of homeliness to the property, no nice touches, artwork, rugs, or welcoming feeling. The kitchen cupboards were a nightmare to negotiate. There was only heating to the back of house living area. The quality of the paintwork and property up keep needed attention. There was one comfortable bed and however many others were rickety, or just of poor quality. On leaving the property the owners charged an extra $83 on top of the $545 as they claimed there was dog hair throughout the property!! Note there are others with similar reviews to this for the property, and the owners gave a testy response. ##### Vanessa F. Good facilities although dishwasher is confusing to use. Beds are comfortable and linen clean. Place for kids to play outside, pool is warm, 3 x TV and lounge areas to choose from. The pool was fabulous when it was too hot to have young children at the beach. There was enough space so we didn't feel crowded. Location is very good. ##### leonie h.
