Bursting with personality and style, this contemporary 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property set on 5 acres in pristine Eagle Bay is the ultimate luxury escape for your next South West getaway. Eagle Rise is elegantly finished in a sophisticated coastal industrial style, with 360 degree natural bushland views, massive entertaining areas and a unique games zone topped off by a sparkling pool. The magnificent central living and dining area, bathed in natural light, offers a 10 seater dining table opening directly to both the front deck and outdoor alfresco area creating a huge zone for indoor/outdoor entertaining.  
  
The modern kitchen and scullery is fully equipped for the budding master chef with all the conveniences of home, including fridge with chilled water, electric oven and induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a large walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. The beautifully furnished living area offers a place to unwind with a 70inch smart TV/Apple TV and all-weather conditions in mind with both a/c and a wood fireplace.  
  
An additional lounge room in the guest wing offers a quiet place to relax or send the kids and is packed with games, a 65 inch smart-TV, comfy chairs and fold out sofabed.  
Queen room with queen bed, BIR, a/c and ceiling fan.  
Single room with 2 king single beds, BIR, a/c and ceiling fan (can be configured as a king bed)  
Main bathroom includes combined bath and shower, with separate w/c.  
  
The master bedroom upstairs offers gorgeous treetop vistas, a luxe king bed and a/c. It also offers an ensuite, expansive walk-in robe and a convertible bedroom/study with 2 king single beds and a/c across the hall that is perfect for a parent’s retreat to have little ones close by or when work simply can’t wait.  
  
Designed for effortless entertaining, the huge outdoor alfresco spills out from the kitchen and dining area and is surrounded by natural bushland. Offering outdoor dining and a large undercover gas BBQ, a chic outdoor lounge area will draw you in to cosy up with a book and/or a crisp Margaret River Chardonnay. Watch the sunset while keeping an eye on the kids playing on the grassed area or splashing around in the pool.  
  
The glistening turquoise pool is a welcome and rare luxury for properties in the region; arise before the rest of the family for a peaceful morning swim; or enjoy a refreshing afternoon dip to cool off after a day of exploring before the kids take over.  
  
Sure to be one of the kid’s favourite destinations, the massive games zone has every kind of entertainment imaginable. Offering table tennis, pool table, air hockey, foosball, football net,dartboard, netball hoop and chill zone with comfy chairs and sofa bed.
