The spacious home is designed to accommodate 8 guests with relaxation and convenience in mind, featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with two WCs in separate rooms), and expansive verandahs that wrap around the entire house. The comfortable living area has a 75” Smart TV & Marshall Bluetooth speaker and the modern kitchen is the heart of the home, beautifully appointed for creating meals that can be enjoyed around the large dining area. Enjoy the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living with wide open spaces and inviting patios. The enclosed garden provides a secure area for kids and pets to play freely.

Guests have full use of the house and grounds. There is a locked shed on the property - the shed is not occupied.

Linen (bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels) is included - please bring your own face towels and beach towels.

Some bedding is feather and down.

There is a beehive on the property which is not for guest use.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

One bag of firewood is provided May to October. There is air-conditioning in the main room.
No parties – quiet after 9pm. Pets cannot be left unattended indoors or out at any time - council regulations. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
