Rising above the treetops with commanding ocean outlooks, this Eagle Bay retreat brings together modern design, thoughtful detail, and coastal serenity. Upstairs, the main living zone embraces the view — a light-filled expanse framed by oak flooring, raked white ceilings, and sliding glass doors that open to ocean-facing decks. The lounge centres around a feature fireplace, ideal for cooler nights, while the adjoining dining space makes the most of the outlook toward Eagle Bay’s shimmering water. The kitchen is both elegant and highly functional, featuring stone benchtops, premium appliances, and a hidden butler’s pantry with wine storage. Just beyond, the alfresco terrace with built-in BBQ and pizza oven becomes a favourite gathering point for long summer evenings.
