Large open plan lounge / kitchen / diner opening onto an al fresco courtyard. High speed internet and fetch TV. split system air cons in main area and master bedroom. Ceiling fans in other bedrooms. Woodburner for the winter nights. Off street parking for the boat. Have breakfast in the courtyard and enjoy the sea breeze. If you want some extra space, ask us about the granny flat which is only rented out jointly with the house but gives 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom for friends or family. Ask us about rates. Fall into the queen size bed in the master suite and enjoy the tranquility if the location. The open plan kitchen/ diner/ lounge with leather lounge opens onto an al fresco courtyard with barbecue and ten seater table. The master bedroom has an en suite and walk in robe and a split system air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and built in robes There is a laundry with washer/dryer, and a double garage with parking on the drive for 3 extra cars. Locality Literally around the corner from the shores of tranquil geographe bay. Proximity to beach a peaceful, small stroll away. We walked to town for breaky and shops. 1.5km oneway along coastal path. Host very helpful and responsive to messages. Fantastic location and a lovely property which was fully enclosed and safe for our dogs. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and then come home and sit and talk around the big table or on the comfortable couch. Plenty of hot water, great water pressure. Everything you need is provided. Great back yard for the dog , very secure. Easy walking distance to the dog friendly beach .Lovely beach front walk way , short walking distance to the town centre. An ideal place to enjoy your stay in Dunsborough at a reasonable price ##### Robin B. The fan didn’t work also the shower head was not very good in the second bathroom. Also fans in the ensuite and bedroom with the two single beds weren’t working . Séjour de 2 nuits en février 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Louise C. 31 janv. 2022 #### Great Location This house was spacious and clean overall, large dining table and plenty of comfy couch space for everyone, which was great at the end of a busy day with three teenagers. The beds were really comfy and the property is well-equipped. Location's great, neighbourhood is quiet and the beaches are close and beautiful. The property could, however, do with a bit of TLC (January 2022). The back garden is a small seating area and an unkempt driveway with weeds, abandoned stuff and what seems to be an unused granny flat - but is fully enclosed for dogs. Batteries need replacing in remotes and clocks; we had to share a remote for the bedroom fans, which wasn't ideal in January. The fridge and utensils were a bit grimy, the toilet drips and has no lid, lots of windows are without blinds so the house got hot, and the dishwasher didn't seem to clean the dishes. All minor things but added together made the stay slightly less pleasant than it otherwise could have been. Also a note for families with young children, the master bedroom is a long way from the other bedrooms, which may be a problem or a benefit depending on your point of view. It is a quiet and spacious property in a great location and makes for a mostly comfortable stay and a good base for relaxing in Dunsborough or exploring the region. ##### Louise C.
