Enjoy easy access to Busselton Jetty & Foreshore, Dunsborough beaches, and the famous Margaret River Wine Region, all from your comfortable base by the beach.  
  
The villa features a modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, spacious living and dining areas with reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a private outdoor alfresco area with BBQ. A grassy enclosed yard provides a safe play space for children while adults relax.

\- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
