The cabin has 3 bedrooms - bedroom 1 has a double bed and storage, bedroom 2 has 1 single bed, and bed 3 has 1 single and a toddler bunkbed. Cabin 56 is fully self-contained, with a living area, dining area, and full stocked kitchen with supplies for your holiday. The bathroom is located in the brick building next to cabin and is for private guest use only. There is a shower, toilet and washing machine for guest use. Cabin 56 is situated in a great location within the Geographe Holiday Park, backing onto the Tennis courts, 20 metres to the pool, and 50 metres to the playground and games rooms. The holiday park has fantastic family facilities with a pool, BBQs, playgrounds, kids' activity room, and loads of space for the children to ride bikes and scooters safely. And we must not forget the beach! - the Geographe Holiday park is located directly on the shores of Geographe Bay, a 2minute walk from the holiday cabin. All linen and bath towels are provided by the booked guests and supplied by a professional linen company. Located on the road nearby is the Broadwater shopping centre that contains an IGA, a pharmacy and multiple food outlets. Broadwater Resort and Tonic by the Bay Restaurant is a convenient 5 min walk from the cabin and has excellent dining and bar facilities. Features: \- 1 Double bed \- 2 single beds and a small toddler bunkbed \- Fully self-contained kitchen \- Large bathroom with a washer \- Private grassed outside area \- Private parking for 1 car. No Pets are permitted within the park This is No Party, No Leavers property Important note: WiFi is not available in the cabin. We recommend downloading any necessary maps, entertainment, or work files before your stay, or bringing a portable WiFi device if needed. Additional note: \- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. \- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in. \- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. The outdoor area had a dead tree and weeds through the paving and the cabin’s bin was already full. One of the dining chairs was broken. There is no oven and only an electric hot plate.The bedding was clean but haphazard. All kitchenware was op shop random. I paid peak prices which I knowingly committed to, but it was a complete rip off. Absolute robbery. ##### Joanne C.
