The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 1,650 sq ft house with mountain views for rent in Bussang, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Spread over three floors, it can accommodate up to 11 guests. You can enjoy a garden of approximately 7,400 sq ft. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Garden level:
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160x200) with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: One large single bed (110x200) and one standard single bed (90x200)
- A room between the two bedrooms that can be used as an office or playroom

Ground floor:
- A lovely 36 m² living room with TV, sofas, and dining area
- A large equipped kitchen with: Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machines, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment
- A large bathroom with walk-in shower
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 3: One double bed (140x190) with TV
- Bedroom 4: Walk-through bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (please specify your choice when booking) and a third single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 5: One queen-size bed (160x200) with TV
- Two camping toilets are available

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: 2 travel cots + mattresses (no suitable sheets provided), high chair, bathtub, baby bath seat, potty, changing mat, 2 hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, 2 fans, clothes horse and 2 camping toilets upstairs.

Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² unenclosed garden with barbecue (kindling available), table, chairs, and 6 deck chairs.
- A 25 m² south-west facing terrace with awning and a large table for 12 people to enjoy sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Bussang, in a quiet, very pleasant environment. You will find essential shops nearby, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, and bars a few kilometers away (in Saint-Maurice sur Moselle - Le Tillot).

Activities:
- Ski with your family at the Larcenaire resort, ideal for beginners and children, just 3 km away, or enjoy all kinds of winter sports at the Rouge Gazon resort, about 20 km away.
- French ski school less than 2 km away.
- The children's playground and pétanque court are located near the accommodation (5 minutes on foot).
- Attend a unique show at the Théâtre du Peuple, famous for its stage that opens onto the forest.
- Discover the Source de la Moselle and the Source Marie, renowned for its naturally sparkling water.
- Experience the thrill of the Rando Ferrata, an accessible and panoramic via ferrata just a few minutes away.
- Explore the Drumont nature reserve at an altitude of 1,200 metres, offering superb panoramic views of the Vosges mountain ranges.

Parking:
You can park directly on the property. There are spaces for three vehicles in front of the house and one additional space at the entrance. Free parking is also available near the town hall, 200 meters away.

Electric charging station: available 200 metres from the accommodation, in the town hall car park.

- Nearest train station: Remiremont + bus service (line 8) to Bussang
- Nearest airports: Épinal-Mericourt, Basel-Mulhouse

- Pets are welcome free of charge. Maximum two small pets. Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed on the rugs, sofas, or beds.
- Kindling for the barbecue is available. Please replace it at the end of your stay if used.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any requests to arrive or depart outside the specified times are subject to availability of Cassandre and Alexis, who are in charge of welcoming guests. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
