All vehicles (no more than 4 cars) must park in the driveway and NOT on the street or near the ski lift or we will be notified by Public Safety. The Lofthouse is NOT responsible vehicles with low ground clearance as we have described in our listing. \*All vehicles must park in driveway as per community rules, NOT on the street, in our neighbor's driveway, or next Ski lift \*\*Winter Considerations: a propane heater will keep you warm and toasty in the colder months. If you would like a video tutorial of the propane heater, fireplace, or the electric fireplace, please request prior to your arrival. Should we have snow and/or ice prior to your stay, the driveway, exterior steps, and pathway to the Lofthouse will be cleared and salted in anticipation of your arrival. The welcome basket with apple cider and lots of goodies and s’mores kits for my kids was such an exciting surprise for them when we arrived! The home was super clean and the games we’re fun!
