Charged me to change room to room I’d booked.
I booked this room specifically for the spa tub and when I got there it wasn’t a spa tub at all. I asked about it and showed the details on my booking and they refused to give me a room with a spa tub without paying more (20,000w per night). I was annoyed and promised my guest this tub and the hotel owner was uncooperative despite me showing my booking details. I told them they need to sort this on their Hotels.com site. Also the connectivity from the pc to the tv couldn’t be sorted by the staff members so we couldn’t watch You Tube or Netflix which is usually possible. She promised to fix it the next day but didn’t. Very poor service. Will not visit again nor recommend despite the great facilities.

They advertise that each room has a private spa. This is not true. The room has a bath, so you're better off paying less for a room at a nearby hotel which actually delivers on this promise. Room was clean but the cleaners are noisy in the morning.

Not your hotel for extended stay
This hotel is not for you if you're staying more than a few hours. It has no closet or any hangers for your clothes, just 2 hooks for your coats. We learned the hard way that it's considered "love hotel". We were traveling during Korean thanksgiving and this was our only option. We however have no complaints about cleanliness or service

The hotel was perfect size. Clean. Close to beach and subway. Not much storage space in my room. I couldn't imagine staying in another room for such great price.

Two nights at ultra modern ForU
The hotel was very neat and clean. I liked the ease of the shower and the Wifi. The owner needs to have other languages on the food menu so guests can order their food from the room. The remote was also in Korean which made it a challenge to figure out. Overall, a fun stay.

More of a motel than a hotel per se
I stayed here for 2 days with my girl friend to save some money. rooms were clean and they changed out our towels and toiletry like any regular hotel. i went there knowing it wasnt a ritz carlton or even a novotel. if youre looking for a fancy front desk and lobby with smiles to greet you then i suggest staying elsewhere. if youre looking for a clean place to shower and sleep and rest for cheap then this hotel is definitely at the top of my list.

Nice hotel, near everything
the hotel has the great location as it is near the Haeundae market, the beach and the station as well. Staff can understand english, the room is cozy and has everything you want. Highly recommended.

Hotel is at busy tourist and night life area. Overall good and staffs are helpful. Check-in only after 2pm and lobby very small. No formal reception counter or front office. Near to beach, subway and easy to get taxi.

Very good westerns style hotel near the beach.
I had a very good night here. Everything you need was provided (toothbrush, soap, ...). Very good location near the beach. Early check-in would cost extra 30k KRW but you can leave your bags at the hotel and go to beach to overbridge the time.

IT IS A LOVE HOTEL!?!?!?!?
I am so disappointed! First, I booked this hotel because Expedia showed it is exactly next to the beach, well... it is at least 10 minutes walk, and you cannot see the beach from the hotel at all. The location on the map is TOTALLY wrong!!!!!! I am disappointed with you, Expedia. Second, when I reached the hotel, it looks exactly like a LOVE hotel! The corridor is dark, the bed is not comfortable, the blanket is thin, the bath tube is not clean. GET THIS IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN A LOVE HOTEL!

the room was big and well equipped. the premium rooms were excellent!! love the kitchen and the bathroom :) the staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English!! Everything was great.

Perfect location!
Excellent location, fun, clean and trendy room! Especially loved the coffee machine in the lobby and the privacy of the room. Very easy to nap during the day and enjoy the nightlife. Only downside is the toilet in the room is not very private. Its great and has a bidet built in, but if there's another person in the room all secrets are lost. Overall wonderful stay!!!

Good hotel with few improvements needed
I stayed with my parents in this hotel for 3 nights during our visit to Busan. The hotel seems to be new so everything is functional and in optimal conditions. Our only problem with the room was that there was no closet or drawer to store clothes. Regarding the service, when I checked in nobody asked me for any kind of ID or other contact information. I just showed my confirmation number for the reservation and got a key. Every time you leave the hotel you have to leave your key at front desk but when I ask for it they never seem to recognize me, as long as I said the room number that would be enough. So anybody who knows a room number can just show up and ask for a key.

This newly refurbished hotel , has excellent spacious rooms with all sorts of facilities, however it is a love hotel & if you can cope without the 'front door' facilities of a hotel & want a reasonable place to stay I'd recommend.

Totally love our stay here. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Although they don't provide breakfast, they have a coffee machine at the lobby that makes really good coffee (comes with sugar tho) and you can drink to your hearts content. Very well equipped room, and they even stock up the fridge with drinks which are complimentary. Separate shower, tub and toilet. Toilet comes with a bidet and is not soundproof. Huge tv screen and the room has two desktop pc. Wifi was fast. Dressing table comes with samples of toner and moisturizer for the ladies and hair spray and gel for the guys. When we checked in, we were given a toiletries pouch that has more goodies. Fast check in, checkout. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and metro, all within 5mins walk. Although its so central, the hotel is located in a quieter part of the street. Staffs speak good english. Our only quib was that they only provide one big towel and lots of smaller towels, but im sure if you ask they'll give it to you. This place is totally value for money because we paid for a budget but feels like a 3-4star hotel. Everything is new and clean. Love it!

Massive 60" LCD TV
room was ok size. big bath room with separate bath tub. had wifi in the room and two computers. G25 convenience store within 100meters. beach 10 mins walk away and also the subway and local bus stop. 5 mins walk to the haeundae beach markets - so overalll location was close to everything we needed.. towels in the bath room were only face towel size. no clothes closet - only two jacket hooks on the wall..

702호는 화장실 냄새가 심하게 나서 카운더에 말을 했더니 602호로 바꿔 줬어요 602호는 냄새가 나지않았고 청소도 깔끔하게 되여 있었어요. 가격도 모텔 가격과같고 객실도 모텔과 같습니다. 객실은 복불복 인것같네요

해운대 킹사이즈 침대 모텔 구석구석 (제논팔팔)
출장와서 혼자 1박하는데 이 호텔을 선택한 이유는 침대사이즈가 KING 사이즈라고 설명되어 묵었습니다. 설명대로 KING 사이즈 크기에 혼자 편안히 잘 수 있습니다. 방문을 열고 들어가자마자 침대를 보는데 가장 먼저 눈에 뛰는 것이 "장화"가 아주 친철하게 노출되어 놓여 있더라구요...호호호 일반형입니다. 러브호텔이라는 특징 때문에 KING사이즈 침대 한 가운데 PIN 조명을 때려 줍니다. 나름 신경쓰신 것 같네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그것도 그린색상으로....ㅋㅋㅋ 물론 불끄고 자면 상관없죠. 2분이 와서 주무실 때는 영화의 한 장면을 연출하실 수 있으리라...봅니다. 호호호 침대와 TV의 거리는 가까운 편입니다 침대 발 쪽 끝에서 바로 위로 붙어 있었고, 2XX번대 채널에서 지루하지 않은 수위가 약한 "노루포"도 볼 수 있었습니다. 샤워부스에 샤워기는 고장났는지 물이 안나왔고, 욕조가 길게 넓어서 그 안에 샤워기로 샤워를 할 수 있었습니다. 해운대 인근에 출장을 자주가는데 다음에는 바다가 보이는데 묵어보고 후기를 올릴께요... 제논팔팔

객실의 외견이 이쁜 '모텔 '
부산에 여행을간 3일동안 묵은 호텔 (이름은 호텔이지만 시설은 깨끗한 모텔입니다) 장점은 가벼운 검색을 할수있을정도의 컴퓨터가 있는점과 비교적 깨끗한 객실 해수욕장과 해운대역에서 멀지않다는 점이고 단점은 화장실이 모텔답다고해야하나 너무 개방적이였고 전자레인지가 1층에만 있었던점과 사용하지않은 커피포트에 물기가 있던점은 좀 찝찝했고 냉장고가 겉으로 보는것에비해서 매우 작다는점 그리고 샤워기가 고장나있어서 물이 옆으로 새더라구요
