Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1\. They show pictures of the rooftop pool but did not mention the pool is pay to use before booking. 2\. Premier Double Room, Sea View listing include a bunch of different rooms, you never know which one you will get. Nor did they send you a picture of the room you will stay prior to coming. 3\. customer service has an attitude. The way they talk to customers as if customers are wrong. 4\. There is no ac in the bedroom of 180one, only in the living room. 5\.
