You will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, a modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels and high speed Wifi throughout. You will be within easy reach of all Burton-upon-Trent has to offer. The Space: The building has a rich history and an abundance of character, and the apartment itself benefits from having many original features, including original beams and windows as well as exposed brick. The entire building has been modernised throughout, and the apartment interior finished to a high standard, featuring comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The spacious open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, 2 sofas, and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 double bedrooms, featuring plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free on-site parking is also available. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Situated on a quiet road adjacent to the river Trent, you will be within easy reach of the town centre whilst avoiding the hustle and bustle. It's just a 15 minute walk to the town centre and the Octagon Shopping centre respectively. There is an aldi supermarket just 5 minutes away, and Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 15 minute walk. Getting Around: Most of the town is easilly accessible on foot and there are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk of the apartment. Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 15 minute walk away, with links to Birmingham, Derby and beyond. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby road. The heaters in both bedrooms were falling off the walls, and the mirror in the master bedroom was leaning against the wall because the stand was broken. There was also no mirror in the bathroom, which is really a necessity. We contacted the property manager as soon as we got there to report these issues and asked if they had any fans that they could lend to us, as the property was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had no response during our stay.
