5/5 Excellent

One of better apartment which I see.

Very nice and quiet place. The apartment including everything what is needed in house. Easy access to anywhere, clean and nice house.

5/5 Excellent

Excellent. I'd stay again without hesitation.

The property is located in the heart of Tutbury within easy walking distance of amenities (naturally, as it's on the actual high street) including Tutbury Mill Park (great for the children) the castle, delightful tea rooms, a small micro-pub (The Cask and Pottle) and, a beautiful courtyard with boutique shops and a restaurant (to mention a few). I was pleasantly surprised to both find free parking close to the property and, meet Emma (the owner) upon arrival. Emma was cheerful, friendly and helpful. The property itself is an apartment on the ground floor of a listed building which oozes character, particularly the staircase and atrium, which were a joy to behold. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated and furnished, was spotlessly clean and, was ample for our needs (my wife and I and, our 3 children who are 5, 3 and 1). Finally, the back bedroom is actually more spacious than the pictures would leave one to believe -- they don't do it justice (in fact, none of them do, as good as they are). Would I stay again? Absolutely, without hesitation.
