"This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

"Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. Unfortunately we encountered many issues. The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. "Two beds in the property one of which is broken. Sofa sits on the floor rather than the legs it would have been supplied with. Toilet seat is broken. Can’t open blinds as they are hanging off and likely to fall off if touched. Shower won’t stay up over bath due to being damaged. Rug in the living area is dirty and stained. Numerous cigarette burns throughout the property. Over all the property is very run down and is situated on a noisy busy main road. "

Bed linen looked like it had been used with hair on pillows it’s a flat above a bookies the city view is a joke with one window overlooking the neighbouring window next one a road and next one the bookie entrance....
