Enjoy a relaxing bush getaway at Turtle Island Lakeside Tiny House 1 by Tiny Away located in the Trinity Islands Holiday Park on the Fraser Coast, also known as one of the most stunning regions in the world. The ideal wilderness experience is located on a 44-hectare property with 3-islands, surrounded by native trees, an 11-acre private lake teeming with native fish (such as yellowbelly, perch, and barramundi), and more.  
  
Nearby Whale Watching in Hervey Bay, Day Tours to Fraser Island, and access to Lady Elliot Island.  
  
The Space:  
Turtle Island Lakeside Tiny House 1 by Tiny Away is within a rural caravan and camping property on the banks of the Burrum River, Fraser Coast Region. Nearby Woodgate Beach, Burrum Heads fishing village, Hervey Bay, and just a short trip to Fraser Island. The ideal wilderness retreat where vacationers can enjoy the serenity of nature, also known for its fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.  
  
 A cozy 139-square-foot tiny house with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.  
  
If you plan to spend your tiny house Queensland retreats here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that our property is located within a caravan park, where other guests may have tents, caravans, or camper vans.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests are welcome to explore the lakes and riverfront, but fenced-off areas home to kangaroo habitat and other neighbouring residents are off limits.

Turtle Island Lakeside Tiny House 1 by Tiny Away is within a rural caravan and camping property on the banks of the Burrum River, Fraser Coast Region. This tiny house Queensland retreat is located only 10 minutes away from the beautiful seaside town of Burrum Heads, and the historic timber town of Howard.  
  
Our local recommendations:  
  
\- Burrum Heads Hotel is great for lunch and dinner, Howard Country Markets are on the first Saturday of each month   
\- Hervey Bay is a popular attraction that boasts tranquil bayside beaches, a fantastic jetty, and picturesque oceanfront parklands.  
\- Woodgate Beach is a beautiful coastal area that welcomes pets and offers a range of activities including beach drives, fishing, and water sports.   
\- Fraser Island, also known as the Largest Sand Island Day Tour, can be reached via ferry along with Lady Elliot Island just a short plane ride away with exceptional snorkelling opportunities.

From Brisbane 3 and 1/4 hours, 285 kms and 10mins, 10kms to Burrum Heads and Howard (nearest towns). Accessible for 2wd  
  
By public transport:   
  
\- No public transport. Taxi service from Hervey Bay. Airport at Hervey Bay  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed  
\- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas  
\- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban  
\- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property  
\- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge  
\- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the \[compost/cassette\] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
