Very cosy, comfortable 3-family house "La casa d'estiu". In the district of Playa de Burriana, in a quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Supermarket 1 km, café 400 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 9 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Arenal".  
"D'estiu", 3-room house 100 m2\. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Very comfortable and beautiful furnishings: lounge with Scandinavian wood stove and library. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. Natural stone floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue, covered balcony, sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families.
