Pet fee varies based on length of stay (will be requested after booking): 1-6 days: $25/day 7-27 days: $200 28+ days: $250/mo The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Gorgeous views, very clean and quiet and peaceful. The deck was also very private with all the trees. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, and well maintained. Due to work constraints it wasn't the optimal week for leaves, but we were excited about being there for 4 days, having a nice fireplace to return to after day hikes, and enjoying views from the back porch while cooking out. It was the weekend of the AL Texas A&M game and since we're from AL my husband's focus was also making sure we had a nice television to watch the game. Without belaboring the entire ordeal the bottom line is that this condo was not ready for guests! While the condo was clean, the fireplace DID NOT work!! The gas grill was not set up and ready to be used. The porch furniture had not been covered so was dirty, and the television remote control had been misplaced. We also discovered that the owners simply supply the screen itself. You were expected to provide your own internet! I stayed on the phone with the property manager for who knows how long, trying to download some sort of app on my phone to act as a remote control to be able to try and pull up the game. After a long day hiking it was absolutely the last thing that I wanted to do!! We ended up driving back into the town (not close by), sitting at a bar to eat and watching the second half of the game. No nice relaxing evening by the fire grilling! Also toilet in the master stopped flushing on day 2\. Upon leaving we noticed that there was a note in the drawer where someone had told them this toilet was a problem. ##### Susan C. The host was very easy to communicate with and the unit was clean and very comfortable! We appreciated all the trails and Creekside Park that were just out our door. The steep slopes were challenging for our pups, but having the woods so close felt like luxury camping. We saw a bear on our pre-breakfast hike! ##### Michele S.
